Not quite what you were hoping....

After much consideration and messing with the recording, I have decided that we can only make one song available from the halloween show we played recently. We played several new songs that night, and while I could tell the people there enjoyed them, sometimes things work in the moment but don't come across well on tape. We are currently making plans to lay down some songs in the traditional, track by track way, and hopefully then we will have a complete set of the songs from the past year that everyone can hear as they are meant to be heard.

I did want to find something salvagable from that night, and managed to get "Low" sounding somewhat decent, though Mike's fantastic lead guitar is strangely missing... so when we record it properly, you'll hear an even better version.

That said, this one is still alright.

Better quality stuff soon, I promise.

review

ima suppose'd to give a summry of the show so heres how it went down...
tommah sounded good on guitar
tommah sounded good on vocals
mykie souned good on guitar(yes thats right he played lead baby)
neil sounded loud and proud on drums
neil souned good on vocals
the sound pope did a good job
bass was sub-par of what i wanted it to be
but enough on sound the songs went well with 5 new songs in the line-up totaling 12 origonal songs. so the concert in my eyes went muich like this...fret board, fret board, fret board, polka, fret board, break, fret board, break, my gen solo, fin ~willum~

MY GENERATION/OVERTURE

-------

A crazy show, my guitar kept flying off until some very kind folks duct-taped the strap on for me. Go that. Lots of singing along, a few faces that looked like they'd rather be enduring waterboarding than watching our show, but that's alright. Very cold but it warmed up after we got going. It was nice not having to be the spastic guitarist quite so much tonight, I could stand and play the song for a few seconds without thinking we're going to lose the audience's attention.

The encore was quite bizzare, we walked off stage and Will said "so, we're going back out..." and we did.

And here we are.
